  • Prepare & finalize the Tenancy Agreement on behalf of the owner incorporating all possible clauses.

  • Collect monthly rents from the tenants.

  • Deposit rent to your designated bank account in due time.

  • Pay your Utility Bills (DESCO, WASA, & GAS) to the respective authorities or bank booths.

  • Participate (periodically in the Owner Association Meetings on behalf of the owner.

  • Ensure that the tenants shall pay all Service Charges in time.

  • Provide assistance to the owner to pay Municipal Tax and Land Khazna.

  • Periodic visit to your property to ensure that the tenants are looking after the property as per agreement.

  • Prepare monthly Statements of Accounts and Receipts and share with the owner.

One Time Apartment Rental:

Looking to put your property for rent. We can help you find the prospective Tenants for your Apartment(s) or flat by providing the following Services for the first-month rent:

  • Prepare your property for the rental market.

Key Holding & Supervision of Vacant Flat:

Flat Owner (Local or NRB) who wishes to keep his Property ‘vacant’ (but in livable condition) and use occasionally, frequently checking the properties are the ‘key part’ of our services. We want to keep our Client worry free with the knowledge that we are regularly looking after his property to ensure it is safe and secure. We ensure that :

  • Pay your Utility Bills (DESCO, WASA, & GAS) to the respective authorities or bank booths.

  • Participate (periodically in the Owner Association Meetings on behalf of the owner.

  • Ensure that the tenants shall pay all Service Charges in time.
